Good product and good packaging
The keyboard is brand new and good working. Packaging is nice, keyboard is wrapped with multiple layer bubble sheet and packed in a thick dedicated Amazon cartoon box. I installed keyboard within 2 minute. i recommend this seller.

Works for Dell Inspiron n5010
Works fine for Dell Inspiron n5010. The keyboard works ok, however sometimes while typing some of the alphabets don't get typed

How dare you, seller!
You sold a used piece to me. The keyboard was used on a laptop. The keys are shinny as if it was well used. backside of the keyboard has so many installation marks and scratches. Very very bad. The only good thing is the product is working. I will continue to use it and it will be returned or refunded if it fails to work within the warranty.

The bus/cable length is not adequate to fit in, I used tape to stick the cable and fixedly after a small struggle, but I don’t not recommend to anyone.
