The media could not be loaded.  I'm always trying to find things to help my digestive tract stay regular without having to use harsh products because of the fact that I am on pain medication it really causes me problems as far as staying regular and one of the things I noticed about taking these is that it keeps me on a more normal schedule. I know in my video I stated I was taking around 7 a day when they only suggest 3 tablets 2 times a day and since I made that video I am down to 11 packages and I've cut back on taking so many I take 3 in the morning and 2 at night now. I company here visiting and the one girl commented how my skin had a much healthier color to it. I'm not sure if I can give these the credit for that but, I'm not really taking anything else on a regular basis like I do these. I always remember to take these and I feel like they are seriously good for me. As I stated also in the video these smell like seaweed or kelp and I really like that about them. They are also easy to swallow and the fact that they come with 12 tablets in easy to open packets makes them super convenient and they don't upset my stomach at all.
