Love this pasta
Bought these for Christmas entertaining. This size of the shells were slightly smaller than i expected. However this pasta demonstrated excellent ability to hold its shape when cooked! It also presented with a distinct amount of flavor and texture that many pasta products I have tried lack. The packaging gives clear information of its production process, which is different from many pasta products. It is also non GMO , which is something I commonly look for in food

Great Texture
I love De Cecco. I started using this last year and I love the texture of the pasta. It does not turn into a creamy texture like other pastas do. I alternate with Barilla, but if I had the choice and when they go on sale I would buy this every time.
