Improved!
Since my review the manufacture has made adjustments to the firmware which has corrected my previous concerns. Based on this, I have increased my rating from 2 starts to 4 starts as there have been no issues with the dash came locking up.I purchased a T3 in June and in the following month the camera appeared to work properly however in July I noticed it was not recording and the Wi-Fi was not active, therefore I was unable to connect. It seems the malfunction only happens after the vehicle has been idle for an extended amount of time and the parking function was disabled. In order to correct the malfunction you have to unplug/power down the camera which resets back to normal.Dash cams are only as good as they are dependable and while the video quality and functionality is good the quality of the firmware is not. The same could be said for the lack of support offered by the manufacture as there is no direct contact # or support options. The only means of contact is chat box that appears to be unattended and an email address.

Perfect little dashcam
UPDATE: 3 years later (Oct 2020) Camera works fine, I upgraded to the memory to 32GB and everything works perfect. Recommended it to numerous people and no complaints except you have to remember to click "forget" for the wifi or else you may miss whatsapp messages, e-mails etc while on the road or away from WifiWorks perfect for me, installation was easy (spliced the power with an acc line), app download, firmware update in a flash, no issues. I like the fact that there are options to choose from in regards to audio, video, saving, sharing, sleep mode etc. The only downside to me is the website. My login info does not work on my PC, only on the phone. other than that, it's a perfect buy.

Great(after 2 years)
It works like a champ with Miami heat for more than 2 years! Other dash starter melting in couple months lol. I connected it to my fuse box, so camera stay on even when car is off. It drains my battery though if I don’t drive for 3 days. My car got hit twice. Ones on highway and once in a parking lot. Both times the camera recorded everything perfectly. Great proof for police. Get it before the trouble, not after it;)

Very Disappointed
I like the concept of what they were trying to do but the App to look at video was trash. I would try to link my phone with the app and sometimes it works and most of the time it didn't. Also, when you do the wi fi connection with your phone to the Goluk itself. Your phone is looking for Data through the wifi. So if you don't turn it off while your away from home, you are subject to miss out on emails, text or social media because your phone is looking for a wifi signal. With me having to use my phone for my job it didn't work for me and it was too unreliable. Better Luk next time.

don't rely on hard wire kit's battery protection function
Nice camera, rubbish hard wire kit. Don't rely on it's battery protection function if you connect it to always-on power.First, 11.8V is too low for a cut-off, for most batteries that means about 30% charge left. But most importantly, it still consumes 0.24A after "protection" kicks in. This will suck out your average battery in about a week. Happened to me twice.It's not too hard to build your own 5V supply with low voltage protection if you know how to connect a few wires. Unreliable
Unfortunate in that it doesn't work when you actually need it. Someone rear ended me on the freeway in stop and go traffic and I went back and reviewed the video. The footage cuts out right at the moment of impact and then picks up again maybe 30 secs later. This wasn't even a crazy high speed accident either.Overall its a nice shape that you can hid around the rear view mirror. Trying to use it over the phone is super slow as well, but I've always just plugged it into the computer anyways. Video quality is good enough for the price. However if the thing cuts out right when you'd actually need it whats the point?

horrible customer service
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!I have been having technical difficulties with the WDF button for months, have sent 9 emails to customer service and have only received 2 responses of which did not even pertain to my issue! Then when I reply again they ignore me...Some other common issues are:1) it takes quite a while to start recording when you turn the car/device on, i will typically be out of my driveway and already driving before it starts recording.2) it will often times cut in and out of the wifi making it difficult to stay connected when you are trying to download the video3) takes a long time to download the video

WORKED FOR A WHILE NOT LONG
IT WORKED FOR 5 MONTHS THAN STARTED SAYING UNABLE TO DETECT MEMORY CARD :( WHICH IS NEEDED IN ORDER TO RECORD . SO NOW IM CONTEMPLATING SHOULD I BUY A NEW MEMORY CARD OR IS THE CAMERA MALFUNC TIONING . HAS ANYONE EXPERIENCED THIS AS WELL SO I CAN MAKE A DECISION TO THIS PROBLEM /
