Two Trees machine did not work at all. Sent it back to get a refund.
Right from the box there were many problems. Getting any help from Two Trees customer service was almost impossible. Wiring from the factory were incorrect, and was informed by the Facebook group which wires to switch up. Seems that the factory could get it correct from the start. Additionally, the laser would not fire nor did the laser head move along the X axis.... to many problems to deal with from this company. Returned this item and ordered a different laser engraver, which works perfectly. I suggest you do not waste your time with Two Trees!

Not Going to lie, Tricky to get settings right.
I bought this to make better-looking and potentially longer-lasting information tags for the items my husband sells and installs. I needed just a beginner laser engraver. I will not upgrade to a much better laser engraver for a year or two. So far, it has taken me three days and six anodized aluminum business card blanks using front and back to get this thing's settings down. I am not thrilled by that fact. Lightburn is the better software to use, but it does take some YouTube lessons to figure out all the needed settings and windows. It is a learning curve, but just about all editing can be done within the software.All in All a fairly good product for the price. How long it will last I am not sure but the manufacturer has provided a link to replacement laser head units should it fail in a few months.

Software for use on Mac
I recently purchased this machine on amazon. All looks well. However I can get it to work with my MacBook Pro. Please help!

No es una cortadora y no graba todo lo que dice
Me llego la maquina pero no es cortadora solo graba madera y mdf, intente también grabar metal, acero, vidrio, plástico y tela y ni siquiera hace un poco de marca por más potencia y lentitud del láser que se ponga. Si quieren solo grabar cosas básicas básicas madera compren esta pero si esperan otra cosa es mejor ahorrar un poco y comprar otra con más potencia

Great value for the money
There is a learning curve for beginners but this machine is decent. Not very strong but perfect for materials such as leather.

So confused
I am so confused. I have been able to figure out how to do some things with it, but I cannot get it to simply write words! This was supposed to say Mavis in the middle of the circle, but it did this instead… is it broken or am I doing something wrong? If I can’t figure it out, I’ll just send it back.
