My mother loves to make salads and cutting then julienne were a big task for her. Not anymore! She loves it. I'll buy one for myself as well now. Victorinox continues to be my preferred brand.

Loved the sharpness of the blades and the way the jullienea are made. But the holder is not very comfortable, gets slippery

Worth the money and easy to use, exactly as the description given

Have to be careful while using unlike the normal peeler. There are joints that get instantly rusty after the first use.!

I bought this mainly for making carrot and other veggie julienne. But this is NOT the right product for the orange carrots that are 5" or less. first you need to hold the veggie (carrot in my case) in one hand. that takes up 2". so I end up making short juliennes. if I use it on longer veggies (like the dark red long carrots, it may be OK). otherwise, a product where grater stays fixed and the veggie is worked up and down to make the cut is the right product. otherwise it is sharp, but holds onto the cut veggie which don't go away easily - you need to poke them out and dishwasher cycle won't get it out either.

Very tough to use half of the vegetable gets wasted and end up using knife
