Found my Wallet
I bought the Innway Card tracking device back in 2020. I originally bought it because I have a habit of placing my wallet in random places when I return from an errand or from work. It performed that duty rather well. Whenever I lost my wallet in my home, I rang the card using the app on my phone and I would eventually find it. There was a function of the app that I took for granted until recently. The app can also show if the tracker is in the area. Because I was using it as a tracker to find it in my home, I took for granted that the app showed that the card was at my home address.Recently, my wallet fell out of my pants. They were a new pair of pants and the pockets are not as snug as some of my other pants. Either way, the wallet fell out and I didn't notice it until I returned home. First, I thought that I just misplaced it when I came home. I opened up the app and it showed that it was lost and the last spot it was found was my home address. However, since it was not in range of the phone, I couldn't ring the card. It was not at my home. So I called the last place I was, and they said that they did not have a wallet in their care.A few days passed, and after doing the routine of cancelling cards and such, I returned to the last place I knew I had the wallet. I was pretty sure it was in this place that I lost the wallet. I went to the front desk and asked about it and was directed to their security office. When I talked to them, I got the same response that they did not have a wallet. On a whim, I took out my phone and opened up the app, and when I did, it flashed the same message I got for the past few days, the card was last found at my home address. Then, the gps map jumped around for a bit then zoomed into the area that I was in. The message changed and gave the address of the building that I was in. It was in the area. The button for ringing the card activated and I tapped it. This was when I learned that I can use the signal bars on the app to find when I am closest to the card, obvious I know, but I took all of this for granted until this moment in time.Anyway, the app brought me back to the information desk, not the security desk. I explained to the person that I lost my wallet, and that the tracking card in the wallet activated and my phone app shows that it is in the area. In consulting another employee, they went through the drawers around the desk and we were able to find the wallet. It might not be as fancy as an 'Air Tag' or have it's range and capabilities. However, once you know what you are doing, it does a bang up job of finding your lost items.

Biggest letdown is card volume !
We have a rivals version of this card, but after 2 years you have to throw that one away as you can't recharge or replace the battery (you can in some of their other products though that we have) so this one is more friendly on the environment.Other comments on here is that you have to have Bluetooth on all the time, which really isn't a problem for me or my wife as we have Bluetooth on all the time because we both have Smart Watches and Fitbit's and the drain on later Bluetooth (v5.0 onwards) is very small, so once again not really an issue.Setting up was really easy after a quick look at the instructions (someone said there was no instructions, but there was in the 2 Innway Cards we received) and my wife, who normally struggles with that sort of thing, set them both up in no time. The only thing that didn't agree with the instructions was that it said "there is a blue light that flashes when it is in paring mode" - there wasn't, you just get a faint bleep after pressing the symbol on the card itself for 5 seconds, but you have to listen carefully for it !The app is easy to use too and you get a battery 'state of charge' too so you can see when the battery is getting low and needs rechargingWe found the biggest problem is when you trigger the "find" function from the app, the sound is really very faint from the card itself, it is even difficult to hear of you hold the card 6" from your ear, put it in your wallet of purse and we couldn't hear it at all... totally useless really, the competitor one we have is 20+ times louder. This was the same with BOTH cards.Triggering the "find" from the card itself to find the phone is no problem of course because that relies on the phones volume, which you can adjust on the phone.Good points : Nice credit card size, Thin, Rechargeable, Easy to set up.Bad points : Volume from the card itself is totally useless, put it inside anything (bag, wallet etc) and you can't hear it !It was really 3.5 out of 5 but gave it 4 !To be honest I prefer the function and louder ring of the rival card we have.

Helpful to someone who tends to forget things
We've all been there at least once. Lost our wallet right when we needed it. This device helped me find mine because it detailed where I last had my wallet on a map! It is well worth the cost and peace of mind you attain from purchasing this for anything you may have the propensity to lose.

Make sure to leave bluetooth on.
I left my wallet at my daughters home: no big deal, she found it. I had spent several hours at her place, with my IPhone close by and the tracker inside the wallet. Yet, the app later gave me an incorrect location, which was about a day old. After initially giving it just two stars and calling it unreliable, I now suspect that I had switched off Bluetooth: I tested it and that, really, is all that it requires. The battery is very long lasting. It is the size of a credit card and fits even in small wallets. No GPS but overall happy with the purchase.

Not what I was hoping for
I really wanted this to work. The card is a very nice looking credit card sized tracker. Setup was a piece of cake. Once I set it up, I tried to ping the card and everything worked great when I had the card right in front of me. I then moved less than twenty feet from my card and my iPhone could no longer track or ping the card. Once I got to within 5 feet, I was able to track and ping the card. I then put the card in my wallet. In order to find the card, I had to almost touch the phone to my wallet. Bottom line: If you need to be this close to your wallet to track the card, your wallet is probably not lost. Disappointed but I will be returning this card.
