This is the best I’ve ever felt 4 days before my period. Since I’ve reached my 40’s, pms has been worse than my younger decades. I struggle with horrendous PMDD. I feel out of control for the majority of the month. I was in the midst of my PMDD when my patches came, and I feel so much relief. I ordered these PMS matches for my daughter. It is about the time of the month for her and they seem to help. They are about 1 3/8" x 1 3/8" in size and super easy to use. Simply apply a patch to your shoulder, lower back or hip, and let it gradually absorbs through the skin. Each patch lasts about 8 hours. It stays on well and is water-resistant (but not waterproof). It seems to help reduce her mood swing and pain.These come in a total of 5 sheets each with 6 patches on them. They are sealed together in a plastic bag and packaged in a thin retail envelope packet. Made in USA. Overall, she likes these a lot. They are easy to apply and seem to help with her PMS. Easy to apply and don't irritate her sensitive skin. At $0.90 per patch, they are pretty decent value for the money. Worth giving them a try. Seem helpful.

I have been using these patches for a few months now. I typically get my period twice a month and my PMS is AWFUL. I looked into alternatives to actually help with the insane cramping and mood swings, which is when I found these. This is my 3rd time ordering, I don't think I will ever stop using them. My debilitating cramps turn into nothing with these patches, I would even wake up in the middle of the night cramping but with these, I don't even do that anymore either.They helped me so much that I got some for my 14-year-old sister too. These helped with my ridiculous hot flashes throughout the day and my face doesn't completely break out like it usually would either. I also noticed an overall improvement in my mood, I am not full of anger or crying nonstop anymore. These help so much with my PMS that I even wear them when I'm ovulating because I get symptomatic with that too. Give them a try at least!The only downside overall is that the adhesive is VERY sticky, when it's time to take it off, you really have to work at getting the adhesive off. BUT this also means that you don't have a problem with patches falling off either!

honestly it is hard to tell if it helped or not because yes my symptoms got better after putting it on, but would they have gotten better on their own? the adhesion is great, even stayed on after showering.
