Q: Does it come with a female adaptor to screw into faucet?

I’m sure it does but unfortunately parts that was suppose to be with it was lost out of the package during transport. I had to return what few parts I received for a refund.

Q: Is this true or false??? 3 spray mode setting -- the hand shower features a stop button for water flow controlling that come with three spray pattern

FALSE no stop on handle head (use toggle switch on faucet end) TRUE there are 3 settings on head.

Q: My utility sink spout has a hose bib. Do you have the adapter to attach your sprayer for this configuration.

Sadly I didn’t get most of the fitting that went with this. I had to send what I did get back to the seller.

Q: What is the inner and outer diameter of the hose?

I don't know the measuring diameter of the inner hose but the hose should fit most sink faucets. They don't have instructions in package to tell the size but it would be on the featured picture image online.
