Are these made with any coconut byproducts?

Does the brush come in a longer size? I keep injuring my gums with the slight lip at the top of the brush?

This is the only size I've seen the brush come in.

What exactly are the bristles made out of?

The ergonomic handle is made with 98% recycled ocean-bound plastic from Oceanworks, a supplier of ethically sourced, sustainable materials. The super-soft bristles are made with extra-fine polyester (non-recycled) to gently polish surfaces and clean between teeth and under the gumline. PFAS, BPA- and BPS-free.
