I have been wearing it for 24hrs now and the battery is at 68% which I consider really good. I had no problems with the setup. The questions I had were the same as others so when I looked at the Q&A I was able to figure things out like the weather and time format. The sleep function was pretty accurate and I like that it has the ability to check blood oxygen levels. It reminds me to drink water, get moving, and alerts me when my bpm is high. I also like that I can switch songs I’m listening to on my phone right from the watch. I have had other smart watches that didn’t make it pass the opening of the box before I had to send it back for a refund. This one, I’m very impressed so far. I did not have any expectations and was pleasantly surprised. It obviously doesn’t have the functionality of an Apple Watch as far as answering calls and texts because it isn’t one. So don’t have Apple Watch expectations when deciding to purchase. For the price, it does everything I need it to.

I really like this watch. I don't usually replace my electronics unless forced to so when my previous smartwatch had issues I dreaded replacing it. This watch is comfortable and I am finally getting used to the app (it took me a while to maneuver properly in it). I need to be able to track data for health reasons and it is appearing to do the job (I'll see how it tracks my sleep). I still haven't been able to figure out how to get the 'Find my phone' function to work properly, but I see that as an add on compared to the reasons I bought this product. The music control function is cool as well as seeing email alerts.

The media could not be loaded. Positives: I really like the look and all the features that this product holds. The screen and screen face personalization is nice. Features are solid and easy to find. Overall it is very good looking and if it’s connected to your app, it’s clear.Improvements needed: app disconnects when you are too far away from your phone so you have to refresh the connection often. Text responses also don’t work for iOS. Biggest down side is that the battery life is only about 24 hours before you have to charge it. It does charge very fast (10 mins to almost full charge) though so that’s really helpful. Watch band is 22mm so it is not easy to find an alternate band for it either.Update: seller reached out to remedy the situation and they are sending me a new one to try. I will update as I can.

Idk I didn't buy a used one but it feels as if I did. Doesn't tell me it's low battery and just turned off. OK fine I'll just charge on my off day but it also turns off when it's not low batt. The screen has gotten stuck when charging and it was acting weird it was fully charged but kept saying it wasn't. Had to turn off and on when it does that.It looks nice and I like the silicone band. I am having trouble finding a material band just try different materials for wrist cause I wash my hands a lot being in the medical field so if anyone finds different material bands for sure fit this watch let me know.UPDATE 8/19/22The screen is black and I had to turn it on and off numerous times because the battery was showing empty when I had it charging for 2 hours. It kept vibrating as well while charging so I don't know if it was restarting on its own but the watch is definitely defective. Total bummer it fit, looks good and size were perfect but this appears to be a waste of money. This sucks. Returned.Update: they contacted me and offered a watch for my inconvenience. The watch isn't the same color but it works and I have something. Because I didn't have anything after returning the green one and I am in the medical field so I definitely was hurting. Thanks for making it right.

I have had smart watches before and this watch has truly made me a believer that its not all about Apple! The mobile app is a one stop pool of resources, for your health with heart rate monitor, sleep monitor, and fitness monitors that you can continuously access on the great battery life of the watch and it charges quickly. The greatest feature is personalized screen with pic of your Choice! Oh even the weather!!! Get it nowwww! I chose green that came just as expected. I'm proud to wear this watch.

At first this watch was great. I loved the look and feel for it + price point compared to other smart watches on the market. However, after about 7 months of use, the watch died. I reached out to the customer care team and they informed me there was a one year warranty. I asked for details on how to fulfill a warranty request to get the watch replaced. They went completely silent on me. I've tried reaching out multiple times since then and still no responses despite my effort. It seems like they are keen on selling an inferior product with an empty warranty. Would love for them to resolve this issue. tl;dr: know your watch will be fine for a few months but will fail eventually, you get what you pay for.

The charger worked for a month and stopped working. I sent an email and they never responded.

I just received the watch today and when I tried turning it on it didn't. I thought it was out of charge and tried to charge it but it doesn't show any indication whether it is charging or not.
