Degraded quality
We are using this product for more than one year now. The quality delivered this time is not good. I don't know if this is one time issue or they have degraded the quality of product in general. It makes hair rough this time and consistency of the shampoo is more watery. I would write to company as well. I don't even know authenticaty of the shampoo
