Voucchi Memory Foam Replacement Shoulder Pad for Bags and Backpacks - 2 Pack

I was actually very skeptical about these before I ordered them, but they work very well!I have a backpack that I bought from amazon that I love. Love the look and functionality of that bag, but the straps that it came with were very thin and had no padding. At first it wasn’t a problem, but when I would put a lot of stuff in my bag that made it heavy, I would end the day with a big tension headache. I realized it was from the straps digging into my shoulder and neck area and probably pinching blood vessels in there. It would only happen after wearing my backpack for long long periods of time.When I bought these, my concern was is there even enough padding for this to help? Will it look weird and bulky? Should I just save my money and use that towards a new bag? I didn’t know what to expect.I’m happy to report that they are worth it! I have not had a single headache ever since!

These shoulder pads are really well padded and fit snugly over a 2" wide shoulder strap (for camera bag or cross body pocketbook). They are long enough to cover shoulder and collar bones and the velcro closing is sturdy. It is worth paying a bit more for a quality product. I wasted money before on other shoulder pads that were cheaper and didn't do the trick. Good product and good customer service as well.

These pads were very comfortable in that they don't allow the strap of a heavy bag to dig into one's shoulder. Unfortunately there is no non slip material on the underside of the pads. So, one's strap keeps sliding off one's shoulder. I had to send them back for a refund.

I have started carrying a small pack slung across my shoulder, but the pack's strap seemed to interfere with blood flow or something - it was very uncomfortable after a few minutes. I tried various solutions, none of which really helped. Finally, I tried the Voucchi Memory Foam Pad, and it largely solved my problem.The Voucchi's velco closure didn't prevent the pad from sliding along the pack strap, so I had to fix it in place with a set of heavy duty staples. And it doesn't completely eliminate the discomfort - it just makes it bearable and allows me to ignore it. I suppose that's all I could really hope for.The Voucchi does a good job of conforming to the bone structure beneath it, and it hasn't caused problems by absorbing odors or becoming itchy. So I'd say I'm largely satisfied with it.

Very good product, sometimes the strap still gets turned around, but it is much better than others. They could put something inside to keep the strap in place, that would make it better, but honestly it is a decent product stand alone as it is. Comfortable, though the foam could be a bit thicker, because as they get older, if you use it everyday you will start to notice a slight change. But I would not hesitate to buy again.

I purchased these shoulder pads for my daughter as she has a backpack that has thin shoulder straps causing her discomfort and pain when the backpack is loaded with books. After reading about this product we decided to give them a try and have not been disappointed with them. They are a bit large but that can be overlooked when you consider the benefits that they give you. Overall they are a great buy.

My son’s school does not permit backpacks to be carried around during the school day. Instead they want them to use the zipper binder which has a handle and cross over body strap to help carry it. The one we purchased did not have any cushion on the nylon strap. My son was getting rope-like burns on his hands from carrying it by the handle and his neck would hurt if he used the shoulder strap. I found these memory foam pads and am happy to report that he no longer gets burns on his hands nor neck pain from the nylon strap! The memory foam pads help to diffuse the weight of the zipper binder to eliminate pressure points. I would definitely recommend these foam pads if you have a bag that is biting you! They Velcro around an existing strap so they are easy to apply.

Pads didn't fit over the originals on my bag. Straps were too big for the velcro.
