Excellent product, but not so excellent shipping. Several cups were damaged and inedible.

Enjoy the product, but am allergic to the high shipping rate I was charged. I didn't pay attention to the shipping, I thought it was covered by Prime shipping rates. When I tried to cancel the order, I was informed that my order had been processed, and there was a 6 hour window in which I could have made the cancelation. I must say that when I received my package, I was totally surprised! The juices were frozen, packed with dry ice, ready to enjoy immediately. I will probably order again, they are quite yummy!
