ZAQ Diffuser Repair Replacement Ceramic Disc Kit for Allay, Noor, Dew

This works very well for getting my YL Aria to produce a mist again.

My young Living dewdrop diffuser stopped working and after doing some research I figured that the ceramic plate might need to be replaced. Item arrived sooner than expected and it was very easy to install. Fixed my issue and now the diffuser works perfect. Highly recommend this product

Did not do anything for my ZAQ diffuser. I'll have to keep bothering them till they figure out why it doesn't work. This thing was supposed to help, at least that's what their customer service told me.

I own a Zaq Noor diffuser that was giving off a humming sound. As the diffuser was already a year old, I thought I just needed to replace the ceramic disc. The replacement disc comes with clear instructions and replacing the disc was quick and easy. However, even with a new disc the diffuser still hums loudly when turned on. Thus, I only managed to rule out that it wasn't the disc that's the problem....

Ours was not working and this did thetrick! hit broke shortly after.

One of our diffusers was not working and I remembered a few years ago the same thing happened to another diffuser and the company send me this product and it worked! So we gave it a whirl and it worked. I figured the $5-6 was worth a try before I spend big bucks on another diffuser. The thing is 4 years old so maybe it will last another 4 years!

Putting in this new disc immediately got my ZAQ Allay diffuser working like new again, which I'm pleased about. But I'm giving it only three stars because:1. ZAQ's customer service is very literally non-existent (3 emails & one letter, no response from them). No links to getting this repair part, just hope you figure it out. And in my opinion, since they know it's a consistent problem for their products they should include an extra disc with the original unit or send extras with the diffusers.2. I had to pay extra to repair a product after only 3 months of light use.3. There were no instructions for putting this in. Maybe it was related to my unit (which has had other problems that their CS never responded about), but getting this in the right way took two tries. And I did watch their instructional video before I tried.In the end it did work out, but I'm less than pleased with the company and the products. Three stars since at least they *have* a part that will make the diffuser function as more than a paper-weight.*Update*I got a second one of these, which got my second ZAQ Allay diffuser working. That's 2 for 2, so it's a fix for now, but I am expecting to buy more of these once the current ones fail like the first ones did. Still, if each disc works for 2 months, that's a price point of $3/month ($6/mo with 2 diffusers) which for me is an acceptable running cost.This disc package DOES have instructions on the back of the package, with an after-market UPC label on the bottom. I suspect my first one had directions that had been covered up. Maybe depends on who you buy it from. Good luck.Also, the disc package says it is rated for about 3,000 hours of run time. I suspect they have two extra zeros on there. I suggest planning accordingly and buying more than one of these if you'd like your diffuser to continue running after this disc expires.

Saved me 100$ for getting my diffuser shipped off & fixed. Lovely product
