The bowl is SS. And very well constructed. The water inlet and float are all plastic. Has barely lasted 4 months. Pinhole leaks have developed in the inlet. Also, come on seller. Pretty much everyone wants to hook this up to a standard hose fitting. Either include the adaptor, or change the size of the inlet pipe. I cannot recommend this.

I bought this waterer to provide water for birds. My wife has to spend most of her time in bed because of illness and really enjoys watching the birds feed and drink outside her bedroom window. The waterer works very well and appears to be of superior construction. I attached a short piece of 2 X 4 to the metal pole below the feeder and inserted two screws into the 2X 4 to mount the waterer. Works quite well. I highly recommend this bowl waterer.

It took me a few weeks to finish running the lines to the dog yard. Got these put in and they both leaked significantly...one so bad it was actually spraying like a water sprayer. I changed the seals hoping this would fix the issue. This did not. I tried a few other alternatives but atm they are totally useless and it is past the time to return them. I will never purchase this again and do not recommend wasting your money.

I bought this for my 3 goats. It does it exactly what it should. It seems very sturdy. There was no adjustment to make. I just hooked it up to a water source and turned it on.

Saves water... keeps other critters away from ground based watering bowls

Nice waterers except I have only had them a little over a month and they are already rusting.

I have two of these in service and have had no issues and the stainless really holds up.

Just be sure you have all the parts you need to connect this to your hose. I saw what other people order with this and I did the same. So glad I did.
