Great Training Collar
I had mixed feelings about using this on my dog, however I saw another owner of dachshunds using on her 2-so I asked about the collars and she told me about these. My puppy started getting more curious and was starting to chase/bark at people walking down our street, riding their bikes and even chasing cars! After a close call chasing a car I knew I had to buy ASAP! My backyard fence is down so we were having to spend potty and play time in my side yard.Once I received I read directions and charged both collar and remote. I placed on my pup and we started with the “beep” after some time of using we had to move to vibrate which did get his attention and he would stay away from the street or harassing the neighbors dogs. Once he got use to the beep and vibrate we did have to move to shock! He had ran down the street and the beep/vibrate did not stop him! I had to go through the shock numbers which I believe is 1-10, 7 is what I had to put it on when he finally felt it and did a jump/Yelp. He has had to be shocked a few times but he is learning once he is warned with beep, and then vibrate-he knows what’s next! It definitely has helped with training him to stay away from the street, barking and chasing people and other dogs. I would recommend!

Only thought I needed it.
I only thought I needed it, but no, I was wrong. This has altered our puppy's life for the better. He tends to eat EVERYTHING outdoors, including feces. After one day of using the collar, he understood what "No." meant. This was without ever using the shock feature. We use the command "No" with the audible warning. So, he ceases whatever he attempts when we say "No" now. We use the vibration feature for the back fence entrance and feces investigation. He began associating the vibration with these actions and now avoids them as he thinks they are tied to the vibration. 4 months old, and he will sit inside the fence waiting for his collar and leash, as he thinks that is the only way that the vibration does not happen.

Really helped with our puppy
We have a 9 month old goldendoodle who tends to be a little stubborn and excitable. She always had to be walked on a leash, even in our yard, because she would never come back when called. Then when she would see people she loved or who seemed friendly, she would run and jump on them for love. These habits made it difficult to have her around people or even walk her. We ordered the collar in hopes of it helping us train her. We have not used the vibration or the shock aspects of the collar, because we have not needed to. Our puppy responded to the beeping. When she does not listen to us calling her or bolts to jump on a person, all it takes is hitting the noise button once and she returns to our feet. It has definitely helped and I would recommend giving it a try. We saw results within a day of use with our puppy. We have even been able to walk her in our yard without a leash! Battery life is great if only using noise. Easy to use and definitely a good training tool.

The dog hates it
She comes running when i get it out since it means going outside the fence. But it does what it's supposed to. Battery lasts pretty well and the range is great. Not sure if it's strong enough "motivator" for a bigger dog. Mine is 30 pounds and requires max shock setting to get her attention. The sound and vibrate are good though. It's not a fix all though, just one piece of a multi faceted training program.

Learning Commands
This makes Charlie stop and turns around and listens to our command on the beep or the vibration, We have never even had the shock part in this collar!

Great when used correctly
This collar was a godsend when we first bought it for our dog. But it now has almost no affect on her whatsoever. We have it on a higher setting and she just looks at us, like, really? But the battery life is amazing and lasts a few days unless you’re using the shock part which I would think would drain it quicker.

Comparing their two collars
The media could not be loaded. I have this collar and their previous version https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B08Y57VVQ6?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title I have a video comparing the beeps as it has been mentioned in other reviews. I personally don't prefer one over the other. They both have a beep button, vibrate button and a shock button with 16 steps of intensity. I love how they both come directions to start low and slowly increase until your dog gives a slight reaction. Many people assume shock collars are meant to hurt the dog and punish. This is not the case. It is only used to get your dogs attention. I bought one before buying from this company and when I shocked her she yelped. That collar is now in the garbage. This collar is stronger than than the previous version. If you have a big dog you might want this one. If you have a small dog both work because I couldn't feel anything until 4 or 5 and my dog reacted to 4 so as you see there are low options for small dogs. When I say she reacted, her ears moved and she turned her head to see where the stimuli came from. They both have the option to use with two dogs, but I don't use this on two dogs so I can't comment on how easy that is to do. This one has a button you can slide to prevent accidentally pushing a button and the previous one does not. That doesn't matter to me because I slide the option to dog 2 on the previous version. Since I don't use that function it is virtually a shut off.The new one is slider and a different color, but set up the same way. They both have a very long collar that can be adjusted to a very small dog all the way to a very large dog. The fabric can be cut once set. I don't notice too much of a difference between the fabrics. The one thing that is very different is that this one has a metal addition for long haired dogs. I personally don't like it because it looks uncomfortable. I use the previous one with my long haired dog and she can feel it so I don't like the extra piece. In conclusion, they are mostly the same with some slightly different features, but in most cases you can't go wrong with either one.

Better Than the Last Collar
Much better than the $70 one my step-father bought. That one would randomly go off when Bruno was sleeping or eating or drinking; but would never go off when he barked. This one with the remote solves that issue & has more than just vibrate.I will say the sound does nothing, as was to be expected; but the vibrate does work well ... Better than the last collar infact. As for the shock - haven't used it yet. I honestly hope that it doesn't get to that point. Bruno will bark insesintly for hours on end with no stopping & while it did get to where to have him stop one of his fits I had to almost spam the vibrate about 4 or 5 times I think it's still a good product. Most the time he starts it just takes one hit of vibrate.I still don't know if the button just wasn't working that time or what; but while faulty in that area it again does the job well so I can sleep. I work nights & the symphony of dogs goes on regardless; but if Bruno can stay out of it - every little bit helps.

6 month review
We have been using this for about 6 months on our 1 year old pup. It has been an excellent tool at any amazing price point. The battery life is fantastic and no issues with water ingress or anything like that.

Worked great for 9 months
Collar worked great up until a few days ago. Worked through the Canadian east coast winter. We noticed a week or so ago the collar wasn’t working. Thought it was a changing issue. Turns out the button must be malfunctioning as the unit will plug in and take a charge but we can’t turn it on/sync it to the collar as the button doesn’t depress any longer. The internals may have become disconnected. I have not taken it apart yet. Our dog is 10 years and wears it out in the yard for a couple hours a day.
