I got this for a Christmas present for my self since I got the HiMirror Plus , I wanted the add on for it so I got the Hi Skin.I'm Puerto Rican so our Christmas was celebrate on Jan 6,2019 " 3 Kings Day." The directions says to reset with pin that came with the Hi Skin and than charge it, once the red lite goes off its fulling charge, Well the red lite never came off and I try after what I thought, " maybe its charge" after charging for 24 hours, the Hi Mirror said Item was not charge and need charging before using. So I giving up and requested to return it. I send the request thru amazon since I purchased thru amazon, only to get an email from amazon that they send the request to the other company and that that company will reach out to me. Well guys haven't hear anything as of yet.I really just want the product to work, I would be happy with a replacement, lets see what happens.

I have not been able to sync it to my wife's IPhone. I get as far as trying to scan code on the phone on the mirror and it keeps saying the mirror is not linked to the Wifi but no instructions on how to do it. I am going to attempt to set it up tomorrow for the last time! No other instructions came with it other than the App. Also my wife does not want it mounted on the wall but in the stand that is shown in the accompanying literature which does not tell you how to order it. I have searched the internet but to no avail!! I would like to be contacted and given good instructions for the mirror set up and can be reached dat [email protected].

Essential item that helps keep tracking on the effects on the skincare product I use. It analyses the skin and helps you understand where to focus most, especially with hydration. It's part of my daily routine in the morning!

It’s crud! Can’t believe I wasted the amount of money I did on this. Seriously, don’t bother. Wonder of my biggest purchasing regrets & is something to throw away
