I suppose everyone has their own preference when purchasing a product like this; for me
As a chronic migraineur, I've purchased several wearable ice packs / masks for relief. I suppose everyone has their own preference when purchasing a product like this; for me, I prefer a pack that isn't too large or bulky, so it can stay on my head with ease, but that still maintains cold for a decent amount of time (I've had several that literally last out of the freezer for about a minute or two before becoming warm, and others that maintain a lengthy cold but are so large or obtrusive that they either fall down my face repeatedly or are just uncomfortable). This is currently the best of both worlds for me; with other options in my freezer, this is always my first choice. It is slim, comfortable (not to mention relatively not hideous in appearance, so I don't scare my coworkers when they see me at my desk with it on), yet maintains cold for at least forty-five minutes. I currently own two - one for home and one for the office - and keep considering getting a third. Would definitely recommend if you have preferences like mine.

Great for what I wanted it for.
I bought this more for a cooling factor when working out than for migraines. It works great. The cubes are a little hard initially, but not so uncomfortable that it’s unusable. It stays cold for at least an hour. The negatives are minor but the packaging which was minimal states to place it in the freezer in the bag provided. There was no bag. And in the description of the product it says it comes with 2 extra cubes. There were none.

Helpful for headaches
While it doesn't stay cold as long as I'd like it to, this does work quite well for headaches. It's easy to use while working, and it stays in place if I'm moving around. I like the fact that the "cubes" get harder/colder than most products I've tried. I do with I could tighten the Velcro a bit more, but I'd certainly recommend this to others dealing with headaches or for those who are out in the sun for long periods of time.

The only thing that helps.
I get headaches that benefit from something cold on my forehead/hairline from ear to ear as well as below my hairline at the back of my neck so this is really good for that coverage. It's slightly too cold when I first put it on, but I'd rather too cold than not cold enough. Others have said it doesn't last long and it doesn't, but boy when it's still cold it helps me SO much. Ideally, I would have 3 or 4 of these. I think then I could keep them on constant rotation and always have at least one frozen. Since they thaw kinda fast, it would be cool to have an option to purchase this with a set or two of more ice cubes that you could trade out. Or even a deal on an extra band or two. I can't afford another one right now, but I'll probably grab one at some point because it's so nice to have that relief. I saw someone say they used other cubes in theirs. I might look at that kind of thing too.Oh. It was supposed to come with a bag (to avoid freezer smells) and it didn't. I definitely put mine in a large ziploc to keep the smell off. The first time I froze it without a bag it smelled like freezer burnt asparagus. Docking a star for the missing bag and another for the lack of options once it thaws and having to find alternatives or buy a few extras.

I suffer from heat migraines. One of my favorite exercises is Zumba and because of the heat in the room I was unable to go. I bring this with me now and put it on right after and so far I have not gotten a headache. It is not too bad looking and it stays in place. I can bring it in the bag it comes in and it keeps it cool until I am ready to use it ( about an hour and a half after I remove it from the freezer). I love this thing and highly recommend !

Love love love love love this!!! I cannot STRESS this enough. I do wish that they weren't so freaking t expensive - by far this has made me way more functional during my migraines (if that's even possible) if I do have to work or go somewhere I don't look like a weirdo wearing this. It keeps my head cold when the migraines hit.It stays cold for about 3 hours or so but has removable ice packs -- it would be easier to just have a 2nd or a 3rd wearable headband than to swap out the ice packs during a migraine.

IT WORKS
So I’m someone who gets migraines and they are debilitating. I’ve had to order prescription pain killers for my migraines because over the counter doesn’t work anymore. But a while ago, I read that ice packs help with migraines. So I decided to buy this. I haven’t had to use it, since my pills have usually done the trick, but today I needed it. So I took 2 capsules of equate migraine, and put this on, and went back to lay down in bed. I ended up falling asleep, and woke up, and my migraine was completely gone! I’m not sure if it was the capsules that did it or the headband or both, but I’m convinced that the headband played a part, since over the counter doesn’t really work for me. I was able to move the little ice packs around in the headband to make sure it got all parts of my head. It stayed on nicely and didn’t fall off or come undone. If you suffer from migraines, I would definitely give this a try.

Works fantastic for migraines.
Love for my migraines and keeps my body temp down when I'm sick.Only problem is that the price keeps going up!!! 6 mos ago was under $20 and now it is $24. Worth the $20 but not made well enough for $24 or more.
