My friends and I have all cooked from this book numerous times, and every time we have been let down with the results.. we aren't novice cooks, and do have access to fresh, quality ingredients, so I don't know what it is... I wouldn't recommend this one..

My son had this on his wish list and he was thrilled to get it. Lots of homemade items and great meal ideas.

I don't like cooking but Rocco's cookbooks make it easy and is so healthy. (Plus he's decent scenery!) This arrived in perfect condition and in the time specified.

This is a reliable cookbook and I would recommend it. The recipes are relatively easy and ALWAYS delicious. Rocco knows his stuff and so does his mama.

Recipes were not what I expected. Tried a few but they were not my favorites. Other Italian cookbooks out there that are better.

This italian cookbook is great. Some ingredients are not easy to find but there is always amazon which has everything.
