Always Fresh
I have bought these a few times and they are great. They have always been fresh and it is cheaper than I can find anywhere else. The birds love them and I will continue to buy them.

My Cockatoo loves these avi- cakes. I am so pleased that I took a chance buying them. It was a big hit for Lucy, the Cockatoo. Bird approved.

Cockatoo loves this!
My cockatoos love this. I can't keep it in stock for long. I give them a piece in the morning and again at night, otherwise they scream for it. This order came quickly, and I appreciate the service. There is a picture of the cockatoos attached. They are healthy and happy.

Horrible policy
Do not purchase from this companyItem should say un returnable before purchasing!It's not.the correct food for my bird and i cant return an un opened sealed item!!! Makes no sense

What a value!
This is a very good value. The same quantity of cakes purchase in retail packaging would cost about $250! The box I received is marked with a use by date in 2016. The cakes are fresh. The bricks are packed in three large zip lock type bags. My box had 19 bricks. I have repackaged each brick by placing it in a food saver bag (available on Amazon) and vacuum sealing the bag with a small oxygen absorber (available on Amazon) inside. If you use this method I have found if I wrap the brick in waxed paper (available on Amazon) before putting it in the food saver bag I get fewer punctured bags when the vacuum is applied. Some of the bricks have pointed bits of nuts sticking up that can poke a hole in the food saver bag. All in all Charlie (Yellow Napped Amazon) (not available on Amazon?) and I are happy campers. Well not quite true, lets say Charlie is "less disgruntled". I am very happy. 5 Stars!

Why didn't I buy these this way before???
I buy them in little packs every couple weeks. They are so much more economical by the box!!!!! The come in three big zip lock bags. Easy to portion out part of each bag into smaller container to use daily. All the rest go in a lock tight gasket tote in basement. They store very well there. This is a no brainier-buy them buy the box. Many said they store bulk in freezer. I just don't have that space, in cool basement they are fine stored in the tote.
