Poor quality control.
Product came with dents on the outer appliance metal cover. Should never have been packaged. Poor quality control on furrion's part. Already got the money.

Lower cost but big on features for a OTR Convection.
Needed a replacement for my Class A RV. This one was pleasantly available and at a much lower cost than other big name units...and has performed well for us for the last year.Most excellent value.
