I am really pleased with this product. It is easy to take & has a nice fruity taste. I compared the composition to a product that I usually purchase, and was surprised that it was lower in carbs, yet contained a healthy portion of vitamin D and elderberry.

An Incredibly Easy Way To Be Proactive In Keeping Your Immune System In Tip Top Shape
Nature Made Wellblends Elderberry With Immune Care helps you support your immune system with just one tablet. Simply dissolve one tablet in your mouth or chew the tablet before swallowing. The manufacturer recommends taking the tablet with food. The first time I took the tablet it reminded me of a combination between a Sweet Tart candy and a Necco Wafer. I tried to let the tablet melt on my tongue but it has a chalky and powdery texture that takes a while to truly melt. It was not a fast dissolving tablet as described. The flavor was pleasant but I just did not enjoy the feeling of the chalky powder so I ended up chewing the tablet each day. The flavor of the elderberry is sweet but has notes of tart/sour to me which I enjoyed. Each tablet includes 100mg of Elderberry, 3mg of Zinc, and 37.5 mcg of Vitamin D3. There are no artificial flavors or synthetic dyes included in these tablets. The tablets are Gluten-Free. It has an expiration date of 21 months from the date I received it. I think this is an incredibly easy way for me to be proactive in keeping my immune system in tip top shape.

Worthwhile addition to daily vitamins
Purchased initially when I had Vivid as recommended by physician. Liked that it contained Zinc and vitamin D. Have taken intermittently since then (usually for 2 week period) and feels like it helps boost metabolism. Does not have "medicine" flavor. Will buy again
