Perfect calcium supplement
We order this monthly for our laying hens & ducks & have never had a bad experience with it. The particles sizes are easy for birds to ingest & their eggshells are very robust. We definitely recommend.

Good for Chickens, NOT for Quail
This would be good for Chickens. However not so good for Quail. The crush size is too large for Quail. I have tried to reduce the crush size by blender, which did not work, and then bagging it and whacking it with a hammer MANY times, which also did not work. Holy cow, oyster shell is strong!

Great Product!!!
We just got chickens 3 weeks ago and hadn't gotten one egg. 2 days after mixing this in the feed me got an egg!!! Idk if this was the ONLY reason.. but got the price, it's worth a try!!

I offer these to my girls in a bin in their coop in case they need extra calcium.They know when they need it and will eat it when needed.Offers the appropriate amount of calcium unlike egg shells or other things I have tried.The price on Amazon is 2 dollars cheaper than any of the feed stores I have looked at.Will continue to order as needed.

Works in fishtanks aquariums.
My water is really soft, so I wanted to use it for my fishtanks. I put them in mesh bags to to keep everything thing clean. Plecos and shrimp seem to be happy and everything is stable. Its been a few months and nothing has died so I think it will work well in your aquariums. WILL use again 100% 3-2025
