I bought another one of these lights only because they do a really good job of lighting the pier! I still feel it is poorly made! I made it work by filling the hollow shaft with concrete. The part of the light at the top has a screw, that screws down into a 1/2 inch wide strip of flimsy poorly made, thin piece of metal that looks like aluminum with a nut bolted to it. The screw goes up threw the top cap and connects the solar light to the pole with a decorate female cap that screw the thing together. My first thought was that the lamp is not going to last with the pitted aluminum metal that was barely holding the screw and it didn't! The company wanted me to send them a picture of the cap with the faulty bolt strip, but by then I had set the screw in concrete as well as the hollow pole. This thing is here to stay, we have quite a bit of wind that comes off the lake so by making it stronger with the cement, makes me really love the light. I only gave 3 stars because of the poorly madeconnection and the hollow pole. This solar light really puts out more light than I have seen in other similar solar products. The Price is right and if you don't mind a little reconstruction of the pole and light attachment then I recommend this light with 3 stars.

I Was really excited about this lamp. It does light up pretty nicely but keep in mind the light gets dimmer the farther out it reaches. Meaning, yes it lights 60ft however it is the brightest toward the center. My issue with the product is that the light has filled with water and now my light is distorted, limiting my use for it. I’ve attached a photo to see what I mean. I don’t understand how an outdoor lamp can get filled with water.Also as another customer mentioned, yes the inside is hollow and it’s top heavy. I placed mine in a bucket with sand to keep it from tipping over so that doesn’t bother me much.

This solar street lamp looks decorative and functions fine thus far, however for lighting coverage you need two for better illumination coverage 15-20 feet apart. A 15 Feet radius is equal to a full moon illumination, 20 feet is the farthest practical albeit weaker illumination reach which is 2/3 of that which is claimed. I need to add another to the one I picked up. Does anyone know where I can order another?

I have it in the center of my yard. it lights up that area well...wish it was brighter but it works great... I can find my house at night, and when we lose power were secure knowing we can see our cars. would love to try their other solar lights

I've tried so many solar lights and this is the first one that lives up to its billing.

Without error, a candle light is brighter than this light. Very poor iluminación. Nice looking lamp though

After first year light lens filled up with water and following season both bulbs stopped working. Worked good until water creeped in.

It is ok; the brightness is not what I expected. I wish I has more brighter.
