So far so good. Comfortable and good looking
Have had these for a couple of months now. They are snug and well fitted. They look great and so far the quality is pretty good. It's only been a couple of months, but I've enjoyed wearing these and I find that they're not too hot either. And just the right fit. Value for money is pretty decent as well. Recommended

Great value
I am 6’ - 220lbs with stockier legs and XL fits perfect. I bought the gen 3 (blue pad) 6 years ago and it’s been very good. I wanted to try the new gen 4 (green pad) for a little more padding. They are very similar, both XL. I rode the green pad for 80 miles (5 hours) and did okay. Not quite as much padding as I would have liked but again, it’s a good value. They are very comfortable material, I wear compression shorts under them and didn’t have any chaffing issues. I wore the blue pad for 60 miles without compression and started to get chaffing by mile 40. My blue pad shorts still look new so they are very good quality.

AMAZING QUALITY AT A FANTASTIC PRICE
As inexpensive as what could be found at a Walmart or Meijer. But as protective and comfortable as the ones that cost upwards of a hundred dollars at a shop. The padding is amazing. The compression is great. And the sizing is true to what you think you will need. This is definitely a positive result to the homework and research I’ve done before purchasing this item because I refuse to spend $100 or more on riding shorts. And the best information and schooling I’ve found about these shorts originated from credible, reputable sites and blogs that provide one with real information.I’ll be getting a few more of these and recommend them anytime to anyone.

Comfortable fit and good padding
I needed a better quality short and these seem to get the job done. They are comfortable and have a decent pad for longer distance road bike riding. One thing I like they are not too tight like some of the big name shorts. They have good stretch and they are true to size. I'm 5'9 and 190 lb and I went with the large. Might be able to get into a medium if I wanted a tighter fit. The pad is reasonably comfortable but like everything you have to build up to tolerance of a longer ride. I recently did a 120 mile road bike ride that took 7.5 hours and these shorts held up well. There is a newer version for $10 more that did not look as comfortable. But I can't, since I did not purchase those because it appeared to have a different kind of pad in there that I did not think would work for a longer ride. I have actually purchased three of these because I ride between 3 and 5 days a week.

A great fitting and comfortable short
These fit great. They are a nice snug fit without being too tight. They have held up well and kept their shape. The padding is excellent and is still working well. They look good to.

Excellent product!
These bike shorts are awesome! They hold their shape, are extremely comfortable on long rides and do not shrink in the dryer like every other brand I have tried. Will definitely buy again!

Product Well Represented
I needed padded shorts for long motorcycle tours. I've dropped some weight and have to fat pad on my butt. These seem to be working well. Good fit, decent quality, nice design. I'd buy again.Had to return the first pair because medium was too small for me. I re-ordered a large, which Prime delivered in about six hours--yes, six--and the refund was processed an hour after I turned the return into UPS. Amazon nails the customer service.

Big fan
Swore I would never wear skin tight cycling shorts.... but here we are. Normally wear loose fitting MTB shorts and padded liner undies. With a Brooks saddle on my steel touring/gravel bike, that's been working well for a long time. But right around the 40-50 mile mark, my butt is usually OVER IT. So I hung my head in shame and ordered a pair of the upgraded pad shorts from this company and then also a pair of "bikewa" brand shorts. The bikewa shorts have the same style pad as my liner shorts. Soft but easily compressed. The sponeed shorts (upgrade version) are firmer and don't squish down as easily. Was out on a weekend bike camping trip a couple weeks ago and after 60 miles I was still in pretty good shape down there. Was wishing my campsite was further because I just wanted to keep pedaling. So yeah, they are pretty comfy. You may need to size up. I wear 36-in waist pants. I think that would normally put me in the large category. After reading some reviews I decided to order the extra large and I'm glad I did. They fit just right. My only complaint is that they are UGLY. I could understand if they were Rapha shorts, maybe you wouldn't mind having a big logo on the side of them so you could flex how much money you spent on them. But what the heck is a sponeed. Not a big fan of the budget Amazon brand name in big letters on the side of them. Wish they were just a solid color, with maybe a couple little reflective doodads.

Just buy it. I'm getting a second pair
Bought the NICEWWIN, nice shorts but the padding although the right thickness it was too soft, got a large, fit was good.Bought the SOUKE nice shorts, great padded but after a while on the saddle you feel the spaces between padded areas, this gets better after you wear it a few times. I will buy another pair, I originally got a large and it was a little big so I'll get a medium next go round. The Sponeed was a nice blend of the first two, good padding but not over padded, and is a pleasure to wear. Bought a Medium, fit was good but can't go smaller.I’m 165lbs. 5’ 10” waist 34” thin legs.
