I purchased this, however, I did not measure it, so I am going to do this review on what I purchased. I'm not going to drop any stars because of my mistake, It is not a tarp. It's made with a kind of jacket type material. It feels better to the touch. It also looks better on the air conditioning unit than the tarp. I had to add my bungee contraption back on just to make sure that it would not fly away if the wind picked up. I have tightened it as much as I could with what was provided/attached. This is for a square air conditioning unit as mine is round. It has velcro as far as making sure that the piping and cables are able to come out of the cover.In the pictures the green one that was covering my air conditioner was the tarp which we lost the bungee cords to, so we had to come up with something that would work on holding the tarp from a wind gust. With the new one it is different it has buckles that can be clipped and tightened.This again is made with better quality materials and most likely fit, however, again, that's my fault for not measuring I'm too lazy to send it back.I would have liked it if it was a one size fits all or (if you're a doofus like me) came with an extra bungee or adjustable clip on belt of some kind would be a great addition to this.This is a great purchase, but if you don't want to send it back please measure or if you're like me and don't measure. Then keep what comes if it is too big. If it's too small that would be another issue.

Was easy to install, looks good.

I have had other covers that were of lighter weight material. This cover is made of heavier material and has velcro closures and woven ties that make it easy to keep the cover in place.

The product was every thing I wanted it to be. It fits the air conditioner well, and a great color.
