Q: Is it possible with this machine to produce any milk of those : oat, rice, soy?

Oat and rice milk will work because they are cold brew milks. Soy milk requires heating and will not work with the Almond Cow.

Q: does anyone know how this compares to the Soyabella, which is cheaper?

You get a better textured liquid with this and much less pulp. The Soyabella makes the milk lukewarm - which isn't great for most nut based milks. The Soyabella is also much more complicated to learn and operate

Q: What's the minimum and maximum amounts of water you can use with one cup of almonds?

The minimum amount of water to operate the Almond Cow is 5 cups and the maximum amount is 6 cups - the difference between the two lines is 1 cup. You can use differing amounts of almonds for thicker or thinner milk - 1 cup is a good starting place.

Q: I find it very hard to use 2cups of almonds, the blade cannot go inside the cup easily because its filled with almond, what am i doing wrong?

If you peel the almonds after soaking then the blade will slide right in (because the peeled almonds are kind of slippery). Sufficiently soaked almonds are easily peeled - the skins "pinch" right off. Takes a bit of time - I just watch TV while doing it.
