Q: I see two differ product numbers listed here. the description and item model number list csmf1apdu9vpi but the picture shows csmapdu9vpi. which is it?

The product includes two parts: the amplifier and the power inserter. The CSMAP part is the amp. The CSMF1 number is the kit, I believe.

Q: I only have my fios router connected with coax cable and a fios extender connected with coax too. If i install this to add more tv boxes will it work

My house has coax run to many locations. I use the CommScope to split my incoming coax from Xfinity to the various coax outlets. Where the cable modem would not connect, it now connects. Likewise the TV box. I don't know the FIOS wiring, but the CommScope seems to have improved the signal to all of my internal coax connections.

Q: Does this include the power inserter?

Yes, the power transformer and a length of coax to connect to the unit are included.
