This s**t is DANK af.I would not recommend swallowing it at all (tastes and feels dangerous) but if you do, DO mix it with more gentle oil or tons of water.STINGS on the skin please mix it with olive oil, jojoba oil, vegetable oil, etc.It did clear up my nasal passages but is not going anywhere on my skin anytime soon.ALSO, does not cure lyme disease don't listen to that bullcrap Cass Ingram advertises.
