Feels great and doesnt dry out my hands or have an over powering scent.

I love this. It does contain rubbing alcohol, but it cleans & refreshes my hands and doesn't make them feel dried out and sticky like hand sanitizer does. This product has a lovely smell.I spend a fair amount of time sewing baby products, and I like to keep my hands as clean and sanitized as possible when working with materials that will be near an infant's face. The waterless soap allows me to convienetly clean my hands often

This is the best hand sanitizer. Lovely scent, non drying, not thin and runny. I hope they never stop making it.
