Piece of garbage definitely would discourage anyone from purchasing this product
I received my wine wrack on 01/18/2021 and was surprised at the fact that some of the wood parts were split and just how easily the wood continued to split while assembling it. I used a hand screwdriver and was extremely carful while assembling the unit. No matter how gentle I was the wood fell apart even while just handling it with my hands. Ultimately I had to use glue and extra screws to get it assembled. The price of the unit was $184.00 and I will tell you I expecting a better made product for that price and that I am totally unsatisfied with your product. If it wasn’t fort he fact that I’m afraid to disassemble it as I feel it would fall apart I would be returning it. Last but not least this is a copy of an email I sent to them and today is day 4 and no response and not surprised

This wine rack is well-designed and easily assembled. It is both functional and good-looking
This wine rack is well-designed and easily assembled. It is both functional and good-looking. The main issue to be aware of before assembling is that while the racks look alike, they have a front (beveled bottle rails) and back (squared off bottle rails). I missed this and found that I had put one of the ladders in front to back requiring that I disassemble the unit and correct the positioning on the ladder. Anopther small issue I had was that on one rail, one end was not securely tacked. But this was quickly correctly with a touch of wood glue. All in all, I am very satisfied and would buy another if my wine collection grows.

and it looks great. We use it in our basement wine cellar ...
The parts fit together well, holes lined up, and it looks great. We use it in our basement wine cellar (old well room), and it has held up so far with the cool temps and higher humidity. It is still very sturdy, even almost full of bottles. If I push on it, it flexes a little bit, but not in a way that has made me panic. The top looks nice. I have considered sealing the wood top, but haven't felt the need to do so yet.

Looks okay, not well made.
The best thing I can say is that it holds wine. Most of the assembly was easy, but the parts were not made well. Three (of 7) of the vertical struts were about 1/4" short so there is a noticeable gap between them and the top. There are four cleats mounted underneath the top that allow you to attach it to the rack. Unfortunately, two of mine were askew so I couldn't get the top to line up with the rack, so the top looks crooked. Attaching the top was a real knuckle buster because it is very difficult to get a screwdriver in there. A better idea would have been to use metal "figure 8s" as are used for attaching table tops to their stands, so that the screwdriver is perpindicular and not parallel to the table top. Other than that, it looks okay.

Perfect for holding lots of bottles in a smaller space
LOVE this!!! It looks great and works very well. It was easy to assemble BUT there is a front and back to the column supports and we didn't realize this until we were all done...so SIGH one of ours is backward. There is no mention of this in the directions so just be sure to watch out, but truly it's easy to assemble.

A descent product for the money
Works well in my closet to hold bottles that I intend to consume sooner than more expensive/aging wines that need to be refrigerated and kept at a lower temperature. The bottle holder wood pieces are affixed with staples and a couple were missing and needed to be fixed either with more staples or small screws. For the money, a descent product.

The rack was easy to put together and looks like advertised but there ...
The rack was easy to put together and looks like advertised but there are a few things that make it so-so.- it wobbles A LOT laterally and has to be leaned in the corner for security. There’s nothing giving much structure- it splinters. I got a mean sized splinter while putting together.

I realize this is cosmetic but should have better quality control
Much smaller than expected....Wood at corners does not match well. I realize this is cosmetic but should have better quality control. Also be prepared to finish it before using.
