Used as part of a Dutch Girl Halloween costume. Hat was too cute, fit well, easily adjustable for any head size.

ADORABLE hat, but the tag says it was made in 2006; when I tried to iron it, the lace just tears way too easily, had to sew it several places - make sure and hold it by the wire

Cute hat, may work for our temporary purpose but it's a bit smaller than we expected for a large, so only 1 person on our team can wear it. It doesn't really stay on well. I ordered 2 so I will have to return one.
