The reviews say it runs small, but that's ok. I'm a 51" overbust and took a chance on a 3x. It fits pretty well! It's snug *enough*, and definitely takes pressure off of my neck and shoulders from the sisters. I have a lot of neck and shoulder issues due to my left girl being at least a cup larger than my right, and I think I'm going to start using bras in this style more than ones with just regular straps because the minute I put this on, I hd such relief on my shoulder that it almost felt like one of my pain meds had kicked in. Pretty great, ngl.I do wish it was a bit more ridged and a bit less stretchy. I'm afraid of getting one in any smaller size because I know my arms wouldn't fit, but I'm also currently wearing it on the widest setting so maybe closing that gap will help. Either way, definitely worth the cheap price and I'll probably be getting one in beige too just for variety.

This bra is amazing. I had a medical procedure done and I needed my underarm completely covered. This bra did the trick! It is comfy, very adjustable, and was immensely important in helping me recover.I was delighted to find how adjustable the front clasps make it, the seems under the arms are high (which I desperately needed), and the seems are smooth-I can't feel them.

This shaper is very comfy, shapes my arms & helps to support my back. I wear a 34G bra & the XL size gives me ample room in bust area. I like it & will order in another color!

Very well made, but it just runs really small. It is meant to compress, so of course it fits tightly, but i'll need to order a much larger size than I thought.

I like this garment, except maybe it runs a little small, the arms are a little too tight and it doesn't fit exactly right at the armpit, wish the sleeves were about 2-3" longer to fully cover my elbows. If it covers my elbows then it doesn't fit up against my armpits well and that area gets sore. I bought this for compression for after surgery care from a brachioplasty. Otherwise it's fine. I also feel like for this type of surgery, the seams should be on top of the garment away from the scar line.

The interior lining is prickly and the fabric is not as soft as others on the marker. It feels uncomfortable throughout. Would not recommend a purchase
