Loved the colors they fall apart right as you take them out. Can be tricky but watching tt videos helped

Out of 28 pens, 11 of them are unusable. They do not stay together. Sure, I can glue the two pieces together but then my clients lose the inability to replace the pen cartridge. As a business owner this is unacceptable. My cost has now gone from $.85/ea to $1.41/ea due to poor workmanship. I absolutely do not suggest this brand. Buyer beware.

Was really hoping these pens would work but I'm now on 4 pens leaking so now I make sure to put the liquid in first to test if they leak. The 2 pieces when connected are loose so you will need to glue it in but make sure to not glue the top piece to the ink cartridge or you won't be able to change it out. Some trial and error which is fine but the leaking I don't know how to fix so that was a waste. Will look for a more expensive hopefully better quality brand

9 of them are useless as they won’t stay together. Just fall apart. The others seem okay but I’ll see when I go to fill them with crystals. May try some glue on the ones that aren’t staying together

I ordered 3 times - each time I was shorted pens. Total pens shorted 8. Love the pens. Easy to assemble. Was short 2 the first shipment / 3 in the 2nd shipment and 3 pens in the 3rd shipment. I don't think I will reorder again. Value for money would be great if orders were complete.

The rubber gasket part sealed but the top of the pen that’s presealed leaked I want a refund
