Bought it to exercise my hand. Comfortable and not soft.

I am actually using both of the items, while sitting, to stretch the muscle under my foot arch. The hard spiky ball was recommended by others who have had Plantar Fasciitis. I am also using the softer peanut ball on my foot, which feels good, especially on the outside edge of my foot. The Plantar Fasciitis is almost gone!

I must say that the red spiky massage ball is very useful for my plantar fascilitis which is really good at getting to trigger points!!! Products are exactly as described, I use peanut massage ball to massage the neck and arms, also very comfortable. Gift bag is very portable. Definitely recommended to buy！！！

The red ball is great for working on my plantar fasciitis. The peanut shaped one is too soft so it doesn't massage well.

Red ball was really hard and worked well but the peanut was flimsy like a dog toy. Couldn’t use on feet
