So the description states this is a:-Doctor seaweed's weed & wonderful | menopause+ capsules, 2 months supply. Organic scottish seaweed capsules with vitamins. Natural menopause supplement for women to support the many symptoms. These are "plant-based Vitamins C, D3, B-complex and Red Clover to offer support and natural hormonal regulation. "I've been willing to try anything to help with the new stage in life that no one really talks about. At the time of this review they work out to be approximately 50p per pill.I don't know if it's thanks to these that my moods ain't so arratuc lately. It's not changed my sleep pattern tho as I do suffer with insomnia anyways, but hopefully but time these get into my system taking the full pack in time that will kick in and it does give me a better sleep pattern. My normal hormonal spots have not been so bad, so they could be helping that too.Personally not had any bad side effects, except for first opening the packet and seeing the size of them I didn't know was I supose to take them or insert them lolSo far so goodBut I will update this review if needed.*** Supports:-* Regulation of Hormonal Activity* Thyroid Health* Metabolism* Psychological Function* Reduced Tiredness and Fatigue* Cognitive Function* Bone Health & Strength* Skin Health.*** Each vegan capsule contains:- Vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6, B7, B12, C, D (D3) & Red Clover (isoflavones), plus pure organic seaweed powder.

THE BEST menopause tablets for me
I've tried several different types of menopause tablets but these are the only ones that I can categorically say have reduced my hot flashes.Only regative is that they're a bit pricey.

Excellent product and quality supplement
Wherever possible our family are great believers in trying to find natural products to promote good health. This product fits well into this brief, is vegan and uses quality sourced organic seaweed amongst other ingredients. There are other products out there that tend to focus on various and individually specific ingredients, some better than others to help with the menopause. This has a whole mix of contents that can help deal with many aspects of menopause symptoms. These address tiredness / fatigue, concentration, cognitive and psychological functions. Alongside these you also have nutrients to support bones, muscles, skin, thyroid and energy levels.Supplementation is needed at certain times of life as well as with deficiencies caused by specific medical issues or dietary choices. For example whilst seafood, eggs, milk, and milk products are among the best sources of iodine (needed for effective thyroid functioning) - vegan diets, people with certain food allergies or lactose intolerance, and others who consume no or minimal amounts of these foods might not obtain sufficient amounts of iodine. This is one example from the contents of these. Add to any of that the menopause (or on its own) and you’ve got a high quality effective produce here which is well worth the daily cost of about 50 pence. The female family member who used these said like most supplements they take a while to be sure they are effective. Given her very positive experience with these she has already recommended them to her friends who have various issues with the menopause, some who are on restrictive diets. So they come highly recommended.

Seem to be working
I delayed reviewing these as I wanted to give them time to work. Three weeks later I can feel results. These are currently priced at just under £30 for 60 capsules. The dosage is 1 capsule a day so should last you 2 months which works out at around £15 for 1 months supply.Vitamins capsules/tablets tend to be on the larger side compared to normal tablets from your gp, some are so large they feel like you're trying to swallow a torpedo. Thankfully I can report that these are not like those, yes they are larger than the tablets your gp gives you but are not too large and I who have difficulty with swallowing have had no problems with these. At around £15 a month these might seem expensive but as many a menopausal woman would tell you they'd quite happily pay ten times that to feel 'normal' again.Within 3 weeks on these tablets my mood has improved. I'm now not fuming and screaming at the cushions on the couch because they won't stay plump or the kettle as it seems to be taking a second longer to boil at the moment, and don't get me started on my husband who feels like emigrating to get away from me.The biggest improvement for me is the difference to my sleep pattern.Since I started this detested 'change' I have no problem falling asleep but between 2am and 3am every morning I wake up and no matter what I do, I stay awake till around 5am then go back into a deep sleep again. My alarm for work goes off at 5:30 every weekday morning as I start work at 7am. Trying to wake up at 5:30 out of a deep sleep is horrific and makes me feel physically sick. My work colleague is going through exactly the same. Every week we're spending a fortune on lottery tickets so that we can hopefully win enough to retire or get a job that doesn't involve getting up until around 8am.About a fortnight in to taking these I started to have around 3 nights a week not waking up at 3am and sleeping through. A week later and I'm now on 4 nights a week. If I can get to 5 weekday nights I'll feel like I've won the lottery, but if I stay on 4 random nights a week then the £15 a month would be worth every penny and I will probably be able to cope.I recommended these to my work colleague before I wrote this review. These are suitable to vegans and are completely natural and as she's a vegan these facts are extremely important to her. To me who's not vegan its nice to know these are natural and completely harmless to me,but to be perfectly honest if they'd have said they're made out of paraffin and are toxic, i'd have given them a try to get me through these horrendous times.I'm going to carry on taking these and highly recommend to any other ladies of 'that' age that are suffering as well. Give them a go, be patient. As my beloved mum used to always say 'Rome wasn't built in a day'. It may be a good few weeks before you see improvement. But I've tried everything going from the high street health shop to boiling foul tasting leaves from a chinese health shop and these are the only things that have worked for me.Good luck and know you're not alone. Every other menopausal woman is with you and their spouses are with mine!
