Delicious and Keto Friendly!
It's amazingly easy to make and always comes out well. We pre-heat the oven to 170 degrees and then turn it off, put a damp cloth over the mold during the rise period (we use 1 hour to rise), then bake for about 40 mins. This bread mix is wonderful and super easy to make! If you are expecting a regular type of bread, then this is not for you. If you are settled on the fact that the way you eat now is different, and you are celebrating the things you CAN eat this bread will not disappoint!

Easy To Make Mix
10.5 ounce pack of sunflower seed bread mix. Mix contains no preservatives, no sugar and is grain free. Bread is super easy to make and only takes 90 seconds in the microwave. You can make it in the microwave or oven. Oven takes 8 minutes. It's convenient and easy to make- all you do is add an egg, a little oil and mix. Contains tiger nut flour, sunflower seed flour, flax meal and psyllium husk. Gives a bread loaf recipe on the back. Recommended if you want something quick, convenient and flavorful.

Great product. High price.
Absolutely fantastic product. Makes great hamburger buns. Being wheat free I find most products substitute corn or potato. This is all healthy grains no cheap filler. And sooooo easy!My only complaint (and what stops me from buying again) is the price is quite high.Quantity works out to about 12 buns.

Lots to say about this - very nutritious and great for KETO/low carb folks.
A freshly made - Bake in a minute nutritious bread is quite an attractive concept. Had some issues with this, many my fault for experimenting, I must confess.Gotta say, first off, that this is an extremely nutritious low carb, high fiber product so I am happy to have some wins and losses with it...just saying.* Need to make the label longer, print is sooo small.* The 90 second (nothing to make in a minute BTW) has a ratio of 1/4 c mix to 1 egg, while the loaf directions use 1/2 cup of mix to 1 egg (double the mix). I only have large eggs and putting 1 large egg into a tiny 1/4 cup of mix, didn't seem right to me especially when the loaf recipe was twice that. Anyway, I had a large mug so I doubled the mix amount, used the 1 egg and doubled the milk & added to the microwave time to balance.Prob shouldn't have done that, as per my picture. Turned out to be more like a pudding than a bread. HOWEVER it had a lovely nutty flavour and the family all had some and liked the taste even tho the texture was off.We did make a loaf of bread later in the day which gotten eaten before I could take a photo but it was really enjoyable and had a good texture. So I give this mix a 5 star because my one photo is a misleading.Ingredients of mix: Sunflower seed flour, tiger nut flour, flax meal, psyllium husks, baking power,.

Good, earthy bread for low-carb folks, annoying packaging and measurements
The first thing you should keep in mind is that this bread isn’t made for us usual carb-loaders. It’s low carb, vegan and no preservative and aimed at people who will eat that. So I’m not judging it by my standards for regular bread. Considering how truly awful most low-carb stuff is, my partner and I were actually really impressed with the taste and texture here. Most of our complaints are about how it was presented. For example, the bag contains 300G, which is enough for a few ‘mug-breads’ and one loaf. The loaf is rather small though and while the mug bread was fine, we liked the loaf better. Thus, I’d love to be able to make one big loaf. I feel like offering this bread in a 400g format makes way more sense. Then if you make one small loaf, you have enough for another, or make a double. As it is now, you’re forced to make mug-bread with the leftovers or do some math. The ziploc bag was also irritating. It tears right above the seal, leaving no room to pull open the bag. For regular folks, but especially those with less movement in their hands, it’s so difficult to open. Make the tear strip a little higher please, or even change to a cardboard container with a spout! The bread itself was very pleasant, with a slightly nutty, earthy flavour and the slightly grainy texture of a bread with fine seeds in it. If I hadn’t been testing, I’d add more larger nuts or seeds and maybe put a crust on, but I tested it as is. The 200G loaf is quite small and flat in a regular loaf tin, so I would definitely prefer a 400G loaf, it does go fast in our house. Keep in mind that due to the lack of preservatives, the best before date is not hugely long, ours was 3 months, you won’t want to leave this in your cupboard for ages, buy it as you need it.
