These blade guards are a great investment towards protecting my kitchen knives.

There is nothing I dislike. I have checked out a dozen similar sets like these, and while it is one of the best values, it's also the best product. I take caring for my knives seriously, while others just bounce them around in the drawer or the sink. They are constructed of carbon fiber, ABS plastic, and felt and are quite sturdy. I am disappointed that you can't buy them individually, but there is a good mix of petty size as well as medium and large chef knife sizes in the set. This is a much better choice than the plain PVD edge guards. You will not be disappointed. I have also seen some sets where most of the sheaths are over 6". I like this set because there are plenty for my small chef knives, utility knives, and paring knives. Easy decision in my opinion. The picture shows a 6" Shun chef knife in an edge guard.

The Chef Sac Knife Edge Guards have been a really good purchase. They complement all of the other things I do to keep my knives sharp and in top condition. My kitchen is small and I don't have a lot of room to store knives and I have a lot of knives. In addition to the standard knife block, I have knives resting in between blocks, edge down and I have knives in my cutlery drawer. I also sometimes have knives that are being transported before and after being sharpened for friends. These guards are a perfect fit in my kitchen. I love the way they protect not only the edge of my blades, but the flat as well.I believe they're going to hold up over time as they not only appear well made, but are designed in a way that allows the guards to be used with minimal stress on the material.Not only am I going to recommend these to my friends, I'm going to buy another set myself.

These are great to house knives. Keeps the blades sharp and I don't accidentally cut myself when I rummage in the draw as there is no more room on my knife block!
