Hi V,Yes. Chia seeds may be placed in any cold or warm beverage for consumption. Keep in mind they absorb up to 12 times their weight in liquids and will begin to form a gel after approximately 15 minutes. Prior to drinking, it is best to allow chia seeds to hydrate in water to enhance absorption in the digestive tract. Do not consume more than two tablespoons to ease digestion, considering their rich fiber content. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to promote regularity. Hi Jiya,We've succeeded with sprouting our chia seeds and it took us roughly one week to achieve growth. We recommend pouring a small amount of our chia seeds in a glass container and applying a small amount of water to them using a spray bottle. Keep the container in a warm, dark area with the lid only slightly covering the bowl. When the seeds have begun to sprout, you may then move the jar into the sunlight, allowing them to continue to grow.
