This happened twice in a row but I was in contact with the seller the whole time and they are wonderful people. The third time I finally received the lighter with a generous discount and an apology for all the trouble I had getting it. Now that I've finally been able to use it I can honestly say that it is amazing. I walked outside on the windiest day ever and lit a cigarette on the first try without hiding behind something to stay out of the wind. The lighter came already charged so all I had to do was push the button on the side and watch the double arc which forms an X. It came packed in a nice gift box and had it's own usb charger packed in with it. I have to comment on the color also which is a beautiful shiny blue. The best thing about it is that it takes no lighter fluid, no butane, just a charge about once a week.I don't think you will be disappointed with this electric lighter or with the seller of it. If I could give them 10 stars I would.UPDATE:I wrote this review when I first received the lighter. Well after about two weeks of using it, it just stopped working. I don't know what happened but now all I have is something pretty to look at but of no use at all. I hope this helps
