Adapts for any need
This faucet is well designed and innovative. It works well for my single basin kitchen sink. It is flexible enough to wash dishes, fill pots or to add water to a tall container like an automatic pet water dispenser. This ability to adapt to all uses, as well as look nice, is important to me and my family.

In 10 months, 3 of 4 faucets have sprung a leak that is unfixable
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I purchased two of these for two different sinks in April 2018. The first batch leaked after only a few months. They did eventually exchange after a rigorous round of sending photographic proof of the leak. Now one of the new faucets is leaking, and a hose busted on the other new one. Just waiting for the other new one to spring a leak in the flexible neck. Will not be asking for another exchange. Replacing faucets every couple of months is beginning to be a drag.

Cheap/faulty water lines
Was a great product for 9 months. Then I came home from work and the water line burst open and gallons of water had been spraying out of it. Luckily it had only been going for 30 min but nearly all of floor and half the cabinets have water damage now.

Smaller, stays in one spot, and looks nice
A lot smaller than I thought it would be. About 2/3 the size of a normal one. Kinda neat to not have a spring. Might add it next to the cook top for filling pots. I dont think it will work for us with everyday use.

Great value for money, easy installlooking for a non expensive kitchen sink mixer, saw this on amazon and gave it a go - at its price point, my expectations had been limited.- yet on install and operation - have been very impressed, the tap is great!

Beware this tap doesn’t last!
Absolute crap, didn’t last six months and the the hose inside broke and started spraying/leaking as soon as you turn the tap on. Rubbish quality. Beware
