I didn’t think it was helping me. However I’ve had several friends say “ You’ve Lost Weight!”That was great to hear after 4 surgeries in 15 months & bedridden....I had gained weight from lack of exercise. Feeling big & mushy, usually 115 pounds & hit 130 pounds! That’s a huge gain in a short time on my small frame. They must be right , I had another appointment at the hospital a few days ago & my jeans that would barely go over my hips 2 months ago, slid on with no problem! A great feeling.
