Hard to get laced, but you only have to do it once.
As soon as I saw these, I just had to have them. Why? You ask, well because I have Fibromyalgia, and I often have pain in my hands and fingers, which prevent me from tying my shoes. So I tie my tennis shoes loose enough so that I can slip in and out of them without much effort. I do have to wear tennis shoes most days, with 2 sets of memory foam inserts, because my feet also have pain and stiffness as seen in my hands and fingers.I definitely had trouble with getting the tieless shoe laces inserted thru the eyelets of my tennis shoes. They were tough to get thru, I had to get a pair of tweezers to aid in the placement of the laces. But remember, I have pain and stiffness issues, so it may not be as difficult for the regular folk. In fact, I had hubby lace up the 2nd show, and he didn't really think they were that hard to lace.Once laced, I tried them on. They weren't hard to get on, but not as easy as when I had the shoes loosely laced with regular laces. They felt nice and comfortably snug, like they won't be falling off. I went up and down the stairs a few times, and they didn't budge, and after wearing them for 30 minutes, they didn't feel too tight at all. They were a breeze getting off, as well.

Good for on the go mom like me
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I got the 3 pack and i love them. I struggled a bit trying to put them on my nike shoes because the holes to insert in on my nikes does not have a round metal piece around the insert. If your shoes have the round piece on the hole insert of your shoes it will go on smoother, in my experience. I knocked down one star because as i was pulling the lace in, one of the lace snapped at the end. Otherwise, i love these no-tie lace. Fits well and stretch nicely to put your feet in. I would recommend to everyone who hate having to tie and untie their show lace. Also note: i had an extremely hard time removing them (only to test if they were easy to do).

Great Great Great alternative to standard laces
I am a huge fan of these laces. I have them in every single pair of sneakers I own. Now to be sure I do not run or even jog in any of those sneakers so perhaps someone who does run or jog would be a better judge of how well they work for a serious workout. I can only speak to them for running around town, walking dogs and just knocking around in general. They are perfect. They make it easy to slip sneakers/trainers/running shoes on and off quickly. Because of the elastic nature of each cross tie, the shoes feel tight (but not too tight) to my feet. The move with my foot and never feel like they are binding me.One complaint I read about in other reviews is how difficult these are to actually put on the shoes.... they're not difficult at all. True, they are tight in the holes of the shoes but they have to be.... any looser and they would keep popping out. I've been wearing these in assorted shoes for two years now and only once has one popped out. None of them has ever snapped or broken and I wear them in ALL kinds of weather.A question I often get is whether these rub the tops of my feet and feel uncomfortable. Answer: Never. I wear my shoes without socks often and I never feel any part of these laces rubbing in any way. They are no thicker than laces are.BOTTOM LINE: Admittedly I am a bit of an overgrown kid, but I just love these laces and I get loads of compliments on them. They hold my foot securely and supportively, they make putting my shoes on and off a simple chore, The price can't be beat, and, most important.... they're COMFORTABLE. I highly recommend.

Love this invention and perfect my my daugther AFO leg braces!!
at first I wasnt sure about this product but I bought anyway just to try on my daugther, She is 8 years shoe size 3.5 and wearing AFO leg braces (due to spinal bifida) . Before I use this tieless shoelace She having hard time to bend and tie her shoes but now she is on her own the shoes allow her to kinda slide her feet & braces in. Thanks God one less thing for me to do in the morning and plus she is so happy that she can do it on her own.

Not for wide shoe sizes
The good: They look great. They're an elegant solution for those laces that just won't stay tied. The neutral: Yes, it's a little harder to install them than regular laces, but it's not that big of a deal. They can be removed without breaking them if you use some common sense (fold down one of the T-ends and feed it back through the grommet, don't pull on it).The bad: These are not for wide feet. The bottom laces were unusable and I had to mix and match the larger laces from two sets to lace up one pair of shoes. Even doing that, the shoes are difficult to put on, the tongue bunches up and I have to use a pen or something to straighten it out after putting them on.

Easy, but Don’t use for workout shoes or high tops
They are decent for low tops. I wouldn’t recommend them for any high top shoes that cover over he ankle. The laces will just pop out of the eyelets if stretched too much to get the shoe on. I also wouldn’t recommend them for any shoes you use to run/work out in, as they don’t hold that tight. That being said, they’re great for casual wear shoes. They turned my old low tops into slip on shoes and the laces look nice. The graduated sizing is great for a custom fit. Just make sure you check how your lacing is set up before you pull out the old laces. I had to use them in opposite order (largest at the bottom and smaller at the top) to get a correct fit. They are a bit tough to get through the eyelets, and depending on the shoe there could be some discomfort from the lace at the eyelet. That would be because there is a decently large end on each lace to hold them in place.Overall they’re decent, not bad but not great.

Fall off quite easily
I have a five year old that hates tying his shoe laces so I thought these would be perfect. They are not a good size for small children shoes and they keep falling off even though I used the smaller sizes for him. One of them did tear. They may be better for adults or bigger children’s shoes maybe ove 9 I have a seven year old and it also fell off. Colors are nice. But it should have a size recommendation so that we don’t buy the wrong one for children
