Acare Dog Harness Vest, Adjustable Size, Blue Reflective Material, No Pull with Handle

This is a well made, sturdy harness with a good strap. The bonus i.d. pocket is great. It is much like the life pul harness - which I purchased for a different dog - but this one comes in a smaller fit and size. The straps have super strong elastic sewn into the interior of the chest and back sections. If the straps were not cut and sewn this way, but rather extended all the way through the chest piece, it would allow for a bit better adjustment. My dog is about the size of a shetland sheepdog (13" neck, 17" girth). This harness was intially quite loose, and it took quite a bit of adjustment on the straps, but eventually it worked down to the right fit. Little guy is still getting used to the feel of this harness as opposed to the old flimsy vest/jacket style he was wearing, but it is a far superior product for long walks. Highly recommended. It's a hidden gem.

After trying several different harnesses and not being pleased by any of them, I chose this one for my 14 pound Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. I got a medium. He falls right on the border between small and medium. The straps are tightened as far as they will go, and it fits him nicely. We also use it in the car hooked to the seatbelt. It’s very easy to get on and off. The one caveat is to make sure the strap around the chest is good and tight because the dog’s legs can slip through and get the strap in front of his leg. We just added another dog to our family, and I ordered him one, also.

The best Dog Harness I have ever owned easy to slide on or off my puppy. Secured and sturdy. Keeps her from pulling and is very versatile, can be worn with clothes or without.

We've tried the Bing Pet harness and also the Truelove ("Best front range no pull harness") harnesses (both sold by EXPAWL), but this one is the best one. It's exactly like the Truelove harness, but with a much better handle. It's very reflective at night and the stitching feels solid. We had to sew up the Bing harnesses a few times to have them last a full year. Our dogs spend a lot of time in these harnesses outside, so we're pretty picky! This one fit true to size and I'll end up ordering another one whenever the time comes.

Great sturdy harness. Our dog is a chewer. He ate the other harness in a couple days. This appears to be durable.

Think I'm going to have to return/exchange this item. The smallest size offered seemed to be a Medium (but that included several chest sizes.) I made numerous adjustments for my small 13.3 lb. dog but it's still too big. This harness is super durable and well-made but it might be uncomfortably hot for a longer-coated dog in the warmer months.
