I Only dislike the fact that you have to take 2 since I already take other supplements and it's just more that I have to swallow. I can't really comment yet about the sleep quality since I just started taking them again. But I was able to fall asleep fine yesterday. I can also tell a big difference in the quality of my bowel movements cause I believe that is key to how you feel, is how often you go and how Healthy your stools are Because you just feel so much better if you are able to have at least 2 to 3 movements per day.

Gentle on the stomach and a great source of magnesium. My favorite brand and form of magnesium.

Magnesium is one of the most important supplements you can take. Great for bones and heart.My problem is whenever I tried taking magnesium it would act as a laxative. I read about Magnesium Biglycinate and that it was easy on the stomach. So I gave this brand a try.I take one before bedtime (the are supposed to help with sleep) each night. No stomach issues at all.Finally there is a magnesium I can now take daily.
