Quite good but not heavy duty
Product good. Had to use force to get hinged part to loosen up. Would not consider them heavy duty, was OK for my small windows.

Perfect for what we needed
We had to replace a window latch due to wear and tear. The window stay worked out really well. Easy to replace the old one and came with all the screws required.

Very poor
As a professional carpenter i must say this is a cheap light weight product not heavy duty as stated the paint not only was peeling but had lumps under it . It would be over priced in pound land. Refund requested

Looked OK, but the holes didn't like up.Tried to slightly bend it and one arm snapped. Very badly made n poor quality.
