Bought for granddaughter. Great for Barbies. Huge selection & cute pieces. She was thrilled. Not for children under 5 as pieces are tiny.

Whether you are buying for a 12:1 dollhouse or for a Barbie-sized doll environment you will find enough value to make the purchase worthwhile. The scale for these pieces is random, but still worth buying. You'd have a hard time finding either 100 Barbie-sized pieces or 100 1-inch scale dollhouse pieces for this price. in this case you get both.I bought these as a gift for a kid with a 12:1 scale dollhouse and found 100 pieces that will work well. The rest will be donated as Barbie-sized toys. Both scales are well represented. Some of the dollhouse-size pieces are of high enough quality that they could sell for $3-5 in a dollhouse store, so it's hard to complain that about half are dollhouse size when you get so many pieces that work. Plus, some little kid is going to love the Barbie-sized stuff. I admit I was a little frustrated at first, but it is very hard to complain when you get so much. Some of the cutest dollhouse scale food are Barbie-scale pastries that are perfect dollhouse scale cakes. Lots to love here.

Tons of Minis
This set of miniature food/kitchen items is a solid deal. Some of the items are really high quality and realistic, and some of them less so (particularly the silverware, which is bendable). And some of the items are not identifiable - perhaps food items from other parts of the world that I'm not familiar with. However, you get a ton of items per package, and you can basically stock a full Barbie kitchen (and more so) with this, so I would recommend overall.
