Q: How much weight can the bench area support?

The weight limit on bench area is not made clear in the description, but I can attest that this piece is very sturdy and my husband sits on it a couple times a day to put his shoes on and he’s 6’ and weighs 250lbs

Q: would the wood pieces be able to be sanded down and painted before assembly or no?

I painted mine with spray paint without sanding. The quality of the chipboard isn’t the best and attempting to sand it could increase the risk of the melamine coating chipping off. Contact paper would also be an easy option for a color change and it’s what I did with the doors.

Q: How many shoes can it hold?

It depends on the size of your shoes. It's spacious enough for regular use.

Q: Is easy to install ? i have not install furniture experience before

Easy to Assembly: With detailed installation instructions and hardware tools, each pieces is labled, follow the steps of enclosed instruction.
