I bought this for athletes foot and used it as recommended for 5 days. Not only it did nothing to alleviate the itching, it made the itching worse. That is my experience.

About 4 spoonfuls worth
I cannot speak to the effectiveness of this product, as I haven't used it for very long. But just be aware that you are purchasing a tiny little bottle of this-- just 1 fl oz. The same seller displays a deceptive image of a similar product-- the original "Toe Juice"--featuring a 4.6 fl oz bottle, when in fact you will also receive a 1 fl oz bottle (also for about $10.00) if you purchase from them. As you survey their products side-by-side then, it is easy to assume that this will be a 4.6 fl oz bottle as well. $10.00 is a bit much for a product that may just mostly consist of isopropyl alcohol.

Do not listen to naysayers! Do homework.
I ise this for skin problems. Rough elbow? Check. Instructions say Rub it on 3 or 4 nights in a row with a cotton ball. The trick it is rub vigorously. Split lip from winter weather.. gently rub 3 to 4 nights. Heals up. Cracked heels? My retired wife refuses to wear shoes. Her pedicure gal hates her feet. 7 days rubbing vigorously. Smooth, supple heels. Hang nails? Yep. 3 days. It is not a miracle because it takes work and you havr to apply it consistently.

Did nothing
I bought this product twice thinking maybe I didn't use it long enough for it to work. They talk their product up as if it was the best product in the world for rough dry skin on your feet, hands and elbows. It did nothing in the way of softing any thing but my wallet. This Toe Juice is nothing more than a magic snake oil and I feel for it twice. Silly me.
